You never have to go without rusks again
The Rusks are sold in packets of 10, and are priced as follows:
  • Buttermilk - $4.20
  • Nuttywheat & All Bran - $4.40
  • Muesli - $4.60

The Best Florentines
We have discovered the best florentines at a chain of well-known coffee shops in Perth, and decided that we simply had to stock these florentines too.

These are biscuits that can mend a rift between friends, show a partner exactly how much you love him or her, or be used to bribe children to clean their rooms.
  • Single Florentines (100g) - $2
  • Pack of six Florentines - $9

Jordan needs your help
Jordan Pittaway is an 11 year old boy from Zimbabwe, who was diagnosed with a brain tumor. On 29 May this year, the tumor was removed in the Muelmed Hospital in Pretoria.

Jan and Cath Kirstein send us this picture of Jordan, taken after the operation. He is reported to be recouperating.

Needless to say, the operation and treatment have almost completely depleted the family's funds. His parents, Ray and Theresa, are barely coping with Jordan's medical bills, and their private medical aid only covers a fraction of the costs.

We are now appealing to our customers for donations to help Jordan and his family. You can help in one of the following ways:
  • Deposit donations into ABSA Bank
    Account name: Global
    Account number: 9144990005
    Account type: Savings Account
    Code: 632005
    Swift Code: ABSA za jj
  • Drop a coin or two into the savings tin next to the cash registers in one of our two stores.
Jordan has a facebook group where you can view more details. Please contact Kim Grigoratos on 0416 381 965 or 9307 7934 if you need further information.

We will keep you posted on Jordan's recovery process.

Until next time
