Tender, aged beef now in stock

After months of dealing with unreliable suppliers, we are absolutely delighted to announce that we have found a reliable supplier of top-quality beef. Their steaks are Australia's best: Try it, and we're sure you'll agree.

From Thursday, 10 February 2011, we will be stocking rump steak that carries the Certified Angus Beef seal. This means that the meat comes from Angus cattle that have been produced to exacting specifications. The cattle are grain fed on cereal grain for a minimum of 120 days. And best of all, the supplier guarantees consistently high quality beef.

The meat has a minimum marble score of 1+.

From the Riverine Premium Beef range we will be stocking sirloin, rump and fillet steaks.
